1. Please provide a link to the UC training syllabus content or if there is one send it to me . This is presumably readily available somewhere as information open to residents. If not please treat this as Freedom of Information Act request to provide the syllabus & content
The sessions referred to by the requester were a series of discussion workshops facilitated in which colleagues could explore concepts and issues. There is not a syllabus as such. Prompts for discussion and reflection were provided by external experts. The aims of the sessions were identified as follow:

• Develop understanding of racial equity
• Develop ability to have conversations about racial equity with colleagues in school, and to facilitate colleagues’ learning and thinking
