Under the freedom of information act 2000. I would like to access the following information:
1. The name and registered address of the contractor used by Wokingham and District Council to provide traffic monitoring and parking restriction services around market square in Wokingham.
Our Contractor’s registered address Is NSL Limited whose registered office is situated at 4th Floor The Urban Building 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE
2. The registration number of all vehicles owned by this contractor and their class status.

3. All information provided to the contractor to allow them to park in a clearly marked no waiting area for undisclosed time spans.

4. A copy of the Wokingham Borough Council (Prohibition and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2023. Which came into effect on the 12 September 2023. Especially the part where it states ‘There is no legal right to challenge this order’

The Notice of making provides: Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions in it on the grounds that the Order is not within the relevant powers or that any of the relevant requirements or regulations made hereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
5. The amount that Wokingham and district council pays this contractor yearly for acting on its behalf to provide PCN’s and any other parking notices, restrictions or fines (including the terms of their contract requirements) throughout the entire tenure of their contract history.
Please find enclosed a copy of their contract terms which has been redacted of personal information under GDPR regulations. With regards to costs for the service We can provide data for 2018 onwards. Prior to this, these costs were not separated out and would require additional time over the 18 hours allowed at no costs.
