19 (this includes physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health disabilities).

Disabilities are recorded in an applicant’s homelessness assessment and are disclosed on their nomination form for a temporary accommodation placement.

5. How is the data used? (for example are residents with disabilities prioritised in any way when they need a repair/help)
This data is used to ensure that an applicant is placed into suitable temporary accommodation that meets their needs. This data may also be used to signpost or refer a person onto a support service. All applicant’s placed into temporary accommodation will have an allocated Homelessness Officer and access to the Temporary Accommodation Officer who advises applicants how to report repairs. Any vulnerabilities/ disabilities will also be disclosed to the Rental Income Officer who can provide additional support around rent payments.
