1. I would like a breakdown, please, of the total cost to the council over each of the last five financial years for the following:
a) Recorded messages on the council's telephone services (including a brief description of what was recorded)
The recorded messages detail the options available to select when calling the main telephone number 0118 974 6000 to choose the service a caller wishes to speak, as well as any emergency message that is relevant on a particular line for a day or specific time frame. The recorded messages are also on the automated payment line 0300 456 0505 detailing the various services that can be paid over the phone.
b) On-hold music used on the council's telephone services (including details of song names and artists).
The hold music “Woky3” was recorded by Neil Sinclair. No cost as messages recorded by staff member for the last five financial years.
