I would like to ask some questions under the freedom of information. I am interested in the contracts the Council has with suppliers of multiple systems across Children's and Adult's Social Care to ensure procurement regulations are being adhered to to understand the costs incurred by the Council. Please can you tell me:

1. What is the name of the supplier of the Council's education management system?

4. Will there be a procurement exercise to replace the Council's education management system, and if so, where will this be advertised?
There is no planned procurement exercise to replace the Council's Education System. Any new contract for this system will be run with our Procurement Team and placed on pro-contrac

5. Is there a named relationship manager at the Council who manages the above mentioned contract?

20. What is the name of the supplier of the Council's system to broker / provision adults and children's social care?
Wokingham BC uses an eProcurement portal called ProContract supplied under contract from Proactis. This contract is currently until October 2026. This is not solely a brokerage system for Adults and Children’s services. They do use this system for the commissioning of individual packages of care, along with email and telephone contact to providers but in the main it is used for all procurement activity across the organisation.

The annual cost of e-procurement software is £12800.00p/annum

23. Will there be a procurement exercise to replace the Council's system to broker / provision adults and children's social care, and if so, where will this be advertised?
The E-Procurement contract does not end until October 2026, the Council will be reviewing its procurement options later on in the year which may include undertaking a tender exercise or procuring from a framework.
