1. Please could you provide a copy of your street lighting inventory. In particular I am looking for the following fields for each light:
a) Location (lat/lon or easting/northing)
b) Lamp type (e.g. LED, SON)
c) Lamp power (Wattage or Lumen output)
d) Lamp height
e) If the lamp is dimmed or turned off for part of the night.

Any additional fields of data held for each light would be gratefully received, but not required.
Please see attached file, this is an inventory of all of our highway street lighting.
• The spreadsheet shows highway street lighting only
• Council owned Amenity lighting is not shown (e.g. car parks, housing, parks, etc.).
• Illuminated signs and bollards are not shown.
• There may be errors in the information that still require update following a recent LED Upgrade Project (particularly those that still show the light source as low pressure or high pressure sodium as the majority of these have been replaced with LED lanterns).
• The wattages stated are the maximum operating wattage of the lantern – the majority of the LED lanterns, particularly those mounted at 5m, 6m & 8m heights, are dimmed from “switch on” to much lower operational wattages.
• We apply additional dimming of the majority of the lanterns from the “switch on” operational wattage (see comment above)to 80% of the “switch on” wattage at 9:00pm and then 60% of the “switch on” wattage at midnight.
