I would like to request the following information;

1. A list of all social housing properties owned by your Council that have been sold within the last 36 months. For each property sold, please provide:
a) The address of the property (separated into the number of the property, the road its on and its full postcode)
b) The date of the sale The type of property (e.g., house or flat - please use H for house and F for flat)
c) The price it was sold for and the discount given on the sale (not as a percentage but as a quantity of GBP)
d) Whether it was sold through Right to Buy or via another process (put a Y in the coloum for yes and N for no)
e) Please provide this information in a spreadsheet format (e.g., Excel or CSV) if possible.

The attached response is for social housing sold via Right to Buy and no other social housing sold.

The data has been anonymised by removing the house/flat number of the property and providing only the month and year of the date the property was sold. We have not included the discount of the property as this can indicate the length of time the individual(s) have lived at the property. Given these are all within 5 years, which if sold would require to pay back a portion of the moneys, it strengthens the case that the individuals who purchased their home will remain there the longer they have already lived at that location.
