The Special Educational Needs (SEN) service have advised that they do not have a report to extract this data and it would have to be manually collated. Over a 40 week period they believe there is an average of 20 cases so 800 documents plus decision sheets to read. At a minute per question, this would take 70 hours to complete the request so exceeds the appropriate limit set out in Section 12.
