1. How is the statutory consultation carried out and with whom?
With regards to the budget consultation, as part of the budget setting for 24/25, the Council ran an online survey which was available on the Council’s engagement website from 2 October to 3 November 2023. In addition, WBC consult / will be consulting with businesses is through the development of our Town Centre and Economic Development strategies.
