1. I am aware that a public survey was conducted in 2020 on this subject and I believe may have been in other years. Are you able to provide that information also, which I expect would be more representative.

Mode of Travel data is no longer required as part of the annual school census and has not been collected in this way since 2012. However, the My Journey Team undertake an annual drive for schools to collect this data as part of their work on their school travel plans. This would have been included in the original information already provided.

In addition to this, as schools were preparing to reopen following Covid closures in the summer of 2020, the My Journey Team also undertook a specific survey of parents to find out how they were planning to travel once schools reopened. Please find attached results for those schools that had at least a 10% response rate.
