I am writing to make a request for all the information listed below, to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1. I would like to request information on planning permissions granted since 2010 whereby it was stipulated that Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) is to be provided/required for planning consent within your Councils jurisdiction:
• Planning Application Reference(s).
• Name of Developer associated with the corresponding site.
• Site Name/Address of Suitable alternative Natural Greenspace.
• Granted Planning Permission Date.
• SANG commuted sum (if applicable)*
• Payments received**
*Relates to the amount stated to be paid by the developer to The Council or the Adopting Body.
** Any payments made by the developer to The Council in respect of the SANG.
Please find attached document providing details of planning application number, site address, deed date, amount secured, and amount received for SANG. We do not have a report that includes the developer details and applications prior to 2015 predate our current monitoring system and would require significant officer time to source the required information (section 12). However should the inquirer wish to find out they can search through the planning application documents on our website.
