We have been advised by our Childrens Services and Adult Social Care that to complete the attached FOI it would exceed the 18 hour time limit (section 12).
A report may be able to be pulled off for Section 1 – Total Numbers of Safeguarding Referrals covering Children, Adults with Disabilities/Vulnerable Adults and Older People, for a 5 year period. However to then break down the information requested in Sections 2 – 5, would require a manual search for every record. We have roughly calculated that this would take around 5 minutes for every record, and estimate around 20,000 files for the five year period which would take the request to 1666 hours.
