We are unable to report on this. The organisation field is not mandatory to be completed and is a free text which allows people to write anything in it. As it is not mandatory a lot of the time it is left blank. As it is a non reporting field, staff would manually have to go through the records for those that had completed it, or look at the other fields to check for relevant data and tally it up. This would not give an accurate figure as mentioned a lot of the times this field is not completed.
