I am writing to request information relating to a road your authority is responsible for maintaining. My query relates to the church road swallow field north of the George and dragon pub between Nutbean lane and swallow field road and Reading road between Simons lane and Landen Grove Please can you send me:

1. Details of all information on potholes reported over the past year for church Lane Swallowfield. Please include all dates reported and confirmed and information on the actual potholes, size condition etc.

1) CHURCH ROAD, SWALLOWFIELD.
A table containing details of all potholes reported on CHURCH ROAD, SWALLOWFIELD, from 1 August 2022 to 29 August 2023 is available as an Excel file with this response. The file contains details for the entire extent of the street, from The Street, Swallowfield, to Swallowfield Road, Farley Hill. Please note that it is not possible to distinguish “reported” potholes from “confirmed” potholes, and all road defects classified as a “pothole” at the time of reporting are included. The details have been redacted to remove any personal details.

2) A329 READING ROAD, WOKINGHAM.
A table containing details of all potholes reported on A329 READING ROAD, WOKINGHAM, from 1 August 2022 to 29 August 2023 is available as an Excel file with this response. The file contains details for the entire extent of the street, from Old Forest Road, Wokingham, to Station Road, Wokingham.
