I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (2000). I would be grateful if you could provide me with an answer to the following questions:

1. Does the Wokingham local highway authority keep an up to date asset register of structures on the public rights of way network in its area.

2. How many stiles (as opposed to gates and gaps) are currently on the public rights of way network within the Wokingham local highway authority area.
