At a Council meeting, the Executive Member for Planning stated in respect of the possible pub in Arborfield Green that discussions are underway with a pub operator.

1. Please provide any all information and communication in whatever form (including emails and meeting notes) that support the councillor’s statement, along with any other information that describes the status of discussions with pub operators.

Crest Nicholson was open about these discussions in a meeting some weeks ago with residents, and so Wokingham Borough Council should have no reasons of confidentiality to provide the information requested, especially given the considerable importance of the pub to residents.
