I wish to receive the following information:

1. The social value weighting applied in all above threshold tenders and frameworks issued in 2021 for contracts or frameworks. I do not require information on products or construction, only services, but if the information is recorded in one dataset, I am happy to “clean” this myself.

2. The price and quality weightings used in the above contracts or frameworks. Again, if the dataset contains all tenders, I am happy to “clean” the data.

We are unable to report on this data and this would exceed the appropriate limit doing it manually so are applying Section 12. We would manually have to collate the data which would involve 35 procurements for services, review of the evaluation methodology used for each one of them to find out if social value has been evaluated and what was the allocated weighting, what was the quality and price weighting. Each case would take approximately 40 min, which would equate to around 35 x 40 min = 23 hours.
