A pre-application meeting with Highways took place in December 2023.
A Teams meeting occurred on 13 December which explored highway and transport matters associated with the application, considering also the Planning Inspectorate’s previous appeal decision. As an informal meeting no minutes of discussions are recorded.
Much of the meeting focused on the potential content of the Transport Assessment to be submitted and some elements of the access design. The application Transport Assessment and Highways & Transport consultation response (Aug’24), can be found on the planning portal, recording both the information submitted and the highway and transport consultation response. From these you may note that some additional information has been requested to inform any officer recommendation which may arise in coming weeks.
