I would like some information over the planning committee meeting of the 12th June with regard to the 31 barkham ride application

1. At one point in the meeting the chair called for a break. When the meeting resumed one member of the planning committee and the legal services officer were missing. A planning officer sent an electronic message to the legal services officer when she returned advising a cllr had also been missing. Please provide the name of the officer who sent the message

2. Please provide a copy of the above message
