With regard to Planning Application 230657 please provide the information to confirm what measures Wokingham Borough Council have taken to enforce effective site surface water drainage construction and river discharge in accordance with Condition 13 since it was approved on 23 August 2023; and still pending construction.
None.

Condition 13 of application 230657 says:
“13) Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted, surface water drainage system will be implemented in accordance with the details contained in Drainage Layout drawing numbered 575:002 and Addendum Drainage Statement (575/FRA & DS) dated 28 February 2023 and shall be maintained in the approved form for as long as the development remains on the site”.
Whilst a drainage scheme has been approved by the Council, it does not need to be implemented until the first house is occupied.
