2. The number of PCNs that were paid & unpaid in this period.

3. The total revenue generated from PCNs.

I understand that personal details, such as specific vehicle registration numbers or individual penalty details, are not available under the Freedom of Information Act. Therefore, I am only requesting aggregated data or statistics on the above points.
