I recognise that this information falls under section 40 (personal information) of the FOIA. However, I maintain that it is lawful to reveal this information as it is in the “legitimate interests” of wider society as it is necessary for transparency and accountability, given these psychologists are in public-facing roles and in receipt of public money as a result of the payments they receive from the local authorities.
