This request relates to the part-built residential building with planning consent for 55 units owned by Wokingham Borough Council at Wellington Road, Wokingham RG40 2AU.

1. I am requesting the following information:
a) Programme of works up to completion including performance against programme
Anticipated key program dates , subject to change
PCSA period: Sept 23 - Jan 24
Main contract: Jan 24 - Jan 25

Once the PCSA process has been completed a full construction program will be compiled.

b) Total cost of the awarded tender for construction
The tender for construction has not yet been awarded. Wokingham Borough Council have entered a PCSA contract.

c) Total expenditure to date
£8,511,304.54

d) Total anticipated costs to completion
Circa £10 million.
(Anticipated total project cost = circa £18.5m).

e) The occupation strategy including the Council's plan to sell or rent, who will qualify to occupy and when occupation will take place
Sold on the open market.
