• When were they appointed: NSL are our contracted parking service provider, and we moved to their permit system in September 2023. Prior to this we used Imperial Permit Smarti via the NSL contract.
• When does the agreement come up for renewal: The NSL contract is up for renewal in Oct 2026
• How many Permits do you issue: Approx 1,100 permits per annum
• Each Year: yes
• Across the life of the Agreement: approx 10,000 permits across the life of the contract
• Is this provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS): Yes

• Who is the provider: NSL
• When were they appointed: NSL are our contracted parking service provider, and we moved to their Processing system in September 2023. Prior to this we used Imperial 360 via the NSL contract.
• When does the agreement come up for renewal: The NSL contract is up for renewal in Oct 2026
• How many PCNs do you issue: Approx 34,000 per annum
• Each Year: Yes
• Across the life of the Agreement: approx 200,000

• Who is the provider: RingGo via contract with NSL
• When were they appointed: 2017 when the council took on CPE.
• When does the agreement come up for renewal: The NSL contract is up for renewal in Oct 2026
• How many Parking Transactions do you process each year through the Parking App: Approx 656,000 transactions
• How much revenue did you generate through the Parking App. During the last financial year (2023/2024): £1,452,650. Average transaction fee £2.20.
