Due to the volume of grass we currently maintain and the resource we have to deliver grass cutting, ceasing mowing for the month of May would slow down operational delivery. Whilst areas may be left 4-5 weeks between cuts in our current grass cutting regime, some areas would still be cut throughout the month of May to enable us to efficiently carry out grass cutting across the borough.
