1. Do you currently use nightly paid temporary accommodation?
Yes.

2. How much do you pay for nightly based temporary accommodation on the following size properties;
a) HMO Room
b) Studio
c) 1 Bed
d) 2 Bed
e) 3 Bed
f) 4 Bed
We do not have set amounts for each property size, when we require nightly let accommodation we will look to find the most suitable unit at the most competitive price, for HMOs rooms this is usually between £45 to £55 a night, but for self-contained units the prices will vary quite significantly depending upon supply and demand.

3. How many units of nightly based temporary accommodation do you currently use?
Seven (6 applicants in nightly let accommodation and 1 applicant in hotel accommodation).

4. How many singles and families do you current have in a hotel or B&B?
One single applicant in a hotel at present and 6 single adults in nightly let accommodation.

5. How many of those singles or families have been in the hotel or B&B accommodation for more than 54 days?
None.

6. Is your temporary accommodation via a tender or fixed contract currently?
Nightly let accommodation is procured on a nightly basis, not under contract or tender. We do have the use of a private sector lease on a fixed term contract to provide some council temporary accommodation, which is offered to applicants as move on from emergency nightly let or B&B accommodation.
