The numbers include the total number of properties purchased in this period not the total number of additional units because three site were developed during this period and on completion each site produced multiple flats and houses.

We are applying Section 12 exemption. There are 203 properties, if it was estimated 5 minutes per property to check, and cross reference parish this would take approx. 17 hours for this question alone. Including the rest of the questions that have been answered this would exceed the 18 hours for the request.
