Murdoch Road Repairs

Looking at the end of Murdoch Road, about 50m from the junction with Easthampstead Road, a section of road about 3m by 2m has had at least 15 individual repairs in the last 3 to 4 months. Each one of these repairs has to be inspected by the “white paint man” who comes along to paint around the offending hole which needs action. Then along comes the “tarmac dollop man” who lobs some tarmac in the hole. He ignores any nearby holes which he could easily fill at the same time. My thoughts are each visit is charged to Wokingham Borough Council so a very opportunistic way of making money, when it would be quite easy to fill any nearby holes at the same time?
