Approximately 6 months ago a block of flats cat Millard Place, Arborfield Green were destroyed by fire.

1. Can I have an update as to the cause of the fire and who in the Fire and Rescue Services, the Borough Council and others are carrying out investigations?
I am unable to state the cause of the fire as that is held by Fire and Rescue Service. We do not hold the name of the person at Berkshire FRS who carried out the fire investigation, as that was a corporate investigation and records would be held by FRS centrally.

Fire safety at Hayloft House was followed up by the Public Protection Partnership, who liaised with the building manager:
