1. Please provide all Executive Briefing and Conservative Group meetings with references to Farley Hill Primary School and proposed new Primary School on Biggs Lane Arborfield from 2019 to the present

The Conservative Group Meetings are exempt from disclosure. This is not the Councils information and the Council are only supplying storage and not to any extent processing the information for its own purposes.

Farley Hill has not been discussed on many occasions, and a report on the matter is available in the public domain. Attached are extracts from the minutes of the Executive Briefing meetings where Fairley Hill was discussed, which includes additional details of when reports went to Executive so are able to locate the information which is publicly available on the Councils website. Publicly accessible information is exempt from disclosure as it is accessible by other means already.
