1. For each of the last 5 calendar years the number of reports your local authority have received of the following maintenance issues in maintained schools: We don’t hold a break down of requests on a year by year basis. The answers below are the total numbers since 2018.
a) Leaks and other plumbing issues: 536 (avg 76 per year)
b) Heating issues: 162 (avg 23 per year)
c) Loose paving or masonry: 4 (avg 0.57 per year).
