Under Freedom of Information could I request the following?
1. When did the council first discuss changes to the litter bin emptying timetable and the number of litter bins with the contractors?
Discussions on contract savings began in November 2022. Reference to changes in service for litter bins were from 15th February 2023.
2. Can I have copies of any instructions the council gave its contractors regarding the litter bin changes prior to or following this discussion?
