Currently we have no Traffic Regulation Order banning cycling on the A3290, this has been advisory.
An order to make this legally enforceable is being processed and will come into force later this summer.

2. Please also confirm whether this is an all-purpose road or a special road.
The A3290 is classed as an A road.
