In particular (but not limited to) all correspondence etc involving any director, shareholder, employee or representative of the landowner HAINES HILL ESTATE LTD (Co. Regn. No. 10975884) and HAINES HILL FARMS LTD (Co. Regn. No. 10975887) or any member of the St Nicholas Hurst Parish Council Neighbourhood Plan Group.
