All correspondence, paper and electronic, with regard to a Deed of Release for Land at Alma Road, Windsor by Wokingham Borough Council solicitor, Gareth Rees including formal process for agreement from RBWM to remove Covenants held by RBWM on this piece of land and the legal process to the Secretary of State to change a public footpath.

Any formal process to agree disposal would rest with RBWM. Any process to the secretary of state regarding the footpaths would likely be information held by RBWM.
As such, RBWM may hold the relevant information regarding processes etc. but communications between RBWM and WBC regarding this matter would be exempt due to legal privilege.
