Under Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

1. Final project documentation for all ICT projects completed during 2022 including:
- Project Plan (Project Initiation Documentation)
- Risk Register
- Issue Register

Please be aware that regarding risks and issues, some titles of projects changed mid-way through the lifespan of the project and naming conventions for risks and issues may have changed as well, hence there may be some inconsistencies.

In relation to the PPP project, the PID overs the whole of the Public Protection Programme of which there was an IT / Digital element – it is not possible to remove the irrelevant information without making the document illegible. Some activities did not take place due to a change in priorities. These documents are ‘working’ documents and may not have needed to be updated completely at the end of the project.
