Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information regarding housing demand on your council waiting list as of 10th December 2024.

1. How many people in Medical A (band 2) are currently waiting for a 2 bed bungalow?
Two. Please note applicants awarded Medical priority A are placed in band 1 and not band 2.

2. How many people in Medical B (band 3) are waiting for a 2 bed bungalow?
Two.

3. How many people on the medical A housing list have been housed in the last 12 months in a 2 bedroom bungalow?
Two.

4. How many people on the medical B housing list have been housed in the last 12 months in a 2 bedroom bungalow?
Two.

5. Can you provide a list of all 2 bedroom bungalows (Social Housing) within the Borough?
