Please can I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000):

1. The number of properties notified to the council as being holiday lets as of 1st November 2021, 1st November 2020, 1st November 2019 and 1st November 2018
We are unable to report on holiday lets as we do not gather that data

2. The number of properties notified to the council as being a 'second home' as of 1st November 2021, 1st November 2020, 1st November 2019 and 1st November 2018
We do not classify second homes as such, this would come under our classification furnished properties that are no ones main home, which would include both second homes and those up for let which are furnished and unoccupied

3. The total number of residential properties in the council area as of 1st November 2021, 1st November 2020, 1st November 2019 and 1st November 2018. Please advise if this figure does or does not include holiday lets.

If that exact date is not possible, please provide a figure for as close a date to it as you hold. By ‘notified to the council’ I just mean properties which you have recorded as holiday lets or second homes.
