I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your Highways Department. Please may you provide me with:

1. A list of all existing Highways Maintenance Frameworks and Term Maintenance contracts which would include the refurbishment and maintenance of Bridges and structures.
Highways & Transport Maintenance & Construction Contract

2. Please could you provide the start dates and expiration dates of these contracts and also a list of the contractors who are currently on the Frameworks or Term Maintenance contract.
Contract started 1st April 2019 for an initial 7 period which is extendable by 3 years. Our contactor is VolkerHighways Limited.

3. Annual spend on each Framework/ Term Maintenance contract
Spend to date under this contract - £35,244,130, which equates to average of £11,740,043 per year – this covers spend on both reactive maintenance (revenue) and planned maintenance (capital).
