I would like the following please in relation to the stretch of Evendons Lane between Redlands Place and Nashgrove Lane:

1. All reports of highways defects through the HIMS system from January 2018 to present.
The HIMS system was implemented on 1 April 2019. An Excel spreadsheet with summary details of HIMS Enquiries for Evendons Lane between Redlands Place and Nashgrove Lane from 1 April 2019 to 8 October 2021 is available with this response. Enquiries not relevant to the request are not included.

2. All reports of highways defects not through the HIMS system from January 2018 to present.
Before 1 April 2019, a system known as Mayrise was used to record highways maintenance jobs. Please note that Mayrise was a works ordering system and not a Customer Record Management (CRM) system. An Excel spreadsheet with summary details of Mayrise jobs for Evendons Lane between Redlands Place and Nashgrove Lane from 1 January 2018 to 1 April 2019 is available with this response. Jobs not relevant to the request are not included.

In addition, an Excel spreadsheet, with summary details of relevant calls logged on the Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) Customer Record Management (CRM) system by the WBC Customer Services Team, is available with this response. Calls not relevant to the request are not included.

3. Any correspondence internally and with the public who have reported these highways defects relating to the highways defects reported as outlined above. This is to include feedback upon investigating the defects and any action (if any) promised.

4. All highways inspection reports for this stretch of carriageway between January 2018 and present.
