1. Please provide me any guidance you have given to SENDIASS and schools in respect of the rights of parents and schools to challenge the level of funding provided with individual EHCPs, up to and including seeking a Judicial Review. If this guidance does not exist, please confirm this explicitly.
As funding related to individual EHCPs are not directly appealable to the SEND First Tier Tribunal, guidance for SENDIASS and schools relating to this has not been produced. However, the SEND Team has linked Officers with school settings, and hold regular meetings with SENCOs to discuss the needs and support for children and young people, including the level of funding provided, if required.
