My understanding is that Wokingham Borough Council have a guaranteed interview scheme for disabled job applicants who declare their disability and meet the role specific essential criteria. Please could you provide me with the following information.

1. In relation to social work posts, how many times has an applicant been offered a job interview under the guaranteed interview scheme?
Eight applicants who declared a disability applied for a social worker post. Seven were interviewed.

2. How many of these social work applicants interviewed under the scheme been offered a post with Wokingham Borough Council?
Two were offered a social worker post.

Information based on the period 1st January 2021 to 1st August 2021 which is what we hold in the system.
