Under the FOI Act please can you tell me:

1. How many under 18 year olds the council has arranged foster placements for over the past five years

2. Over the past five years, have any under 18 year olds been placed in foster care with an individual who has a criminal conviction for sex offences? If the answer is yes, please could you specify - how many foster carers are or have been registered sex offenders over the past five years, the year the under 18 year old was placed with this foster carer, the age of the child and the length of the foster placement.

3. Please can you also share your safeguarding policy on foster carers/placements
