a) It is possible to identify whether or not the authority has been fined by the ICO/other governing bodies regarding the unintentional misuse of data within the last 3 years?
The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) is the regulatory body in regards to Data Protection. Other Governing Bodies would not issue fines in relation to misuse of data and would advise individuals approach the ICO about the matter as it would be outside of their jurisdiction. Wokingham Borough Council have not been issued with any fines/financial penalties by the ICO in the last three years.
