1. On how many occasions from 01/01/2020 to the current date (03/12/2021) has your trading standards department been contacted to alert them of the suspected sale of fake branded football kits that were a possible contravention of the Trade Marks Act?
We have had one contact regards fake football kit.

2. For each occasion if possible please state the football club/s whose fake kits were allegedly being sold.
This was regards a person posting an idea on Facebook to supply kits (clubs unspecified) as a proposed business venture. On receipt of the information he was contacted immediately and advised as to the Trade Marks Act 1994, and immediately removed the post with no sales taking place.

3. Since 01/01/2020 please state how many items of fake football club kit you have seized.
