You may have received the same request in the past and this information sent has now expired and I require an update as soon as possible for the following contract data for services around facilities management specifically around the services below:
• Office and building cleaning – Service contract that is focused around office, commercial and building cleaning services.
• Lift service and maintenance – Service contract for lift service and maintenance.
• Food – Service contract that is focused around catering services.
• General waste services contracts – The organisation’s primary general waste service contract.
• Laundry services - where clothes and linen can be washed and ironed.

Supplier: For Housing - Amalgamated Lifts Ltd.
Contract expires 6/12/23. A tender for all lifts is to be concluded and new supplier awarded a contract in October 2023.

No food services are provided for at the Councils offices, and WBC facilities do not provide any catering services.
• General waste services contracts – The organisation’s primary general waste service contract
Contract Description: Veolia provide waste services as part of the partnership with Reading Borough Council and Bracknell Borough Council. See the contract register for details. Wokingham borough covers around 75,000 properties (consisting of 10,000 flats and 65,000 households)
