EOTAS Dedicated focus project on alternatives to EOTAS after two terms and clear intervention and support via AP to reduce long term EOTAS packages and cost. Require below listed information

1. Can I please request an impact analysis report which was completed as part of this workstream?
No blanket impact assessment has been completed

2. How many EOTAS Packages have been transitioned over to AP using above workstream?
No EOTAS Packages have been ended or transitioned

3. What assessments tools LA is employing post transition to understand whether above workstream is helping the child or potentially having an adverse affect to their learning?
The LA has developed a monitoring tool kit for use by the LA or schools when commissioning external providers either as part of an AP or EOTAS package. The monitoring toolkit will measure impact/progress towards agreed outcomes and include due diligence and quality assurance. The toolkit will be piloted with a range of existing external providers in January 24.
