Please provide me with the following information:

a) Can you confirm if you publish on your website the names of individuals who are prosecuted or fined for environmental offences (littering, fly-tipping, illegal dumping or unauthorised waste activity?
The PPP actively publish prosecution outcomes for environmental offences on its PPP website and via the communication team in order to promote awareness of the issue. Such articles are based on court records. However as prosecutions are a matter of public record, any article may be found on other websites or press article not under the control of the service.

b) Please reference the specific parts of the applicable legislation that give you the powers to publish individuals names in the public domain
As above.

a) Can you confirm if you share with other organisations the names of individuals who are prosecuted for environmental offences (littering, fly-tipping, illegal dumping or unauthorised waste activity?
The service works closely with other regulatory agencies and may consult on prosecution outcomes should this be in the public interest aimed at preventing crime. This may include intelligence and information sharing beyond statutory government returns or public registers.

b) Please reference the specific parts of the applicable legislation that give you the power to share these individuals names.
Prosecutions are a public record.
