There were 17 SEN (in borough) children travelling in taxis by themselves. 54 SEN (out of borough) being transported by themselves at the end of Dec 2021. Total of 71 SEN children. However, they are not necessarily all allocated sole transport. It may just be that there is no other student going to the same establishment that they can share a taxi (which is particularly the case with the SEN OOB).
