4. Of the requests in question 3, how many eventually resulted in the issuance of an EHCP?

5. Of the cases referred to in question 4, how many were only issued an EHCP as a result of a tribunal decision (i.e. the council’s decision pre-tribunal was not to issue an EHCP)?

6. Of the requests in question 3, how many cases have not yet had a decision made on whether or not to issue an EHCP?
